Family Refunds (3+ Athletes)
Families registering 3+ athletes in the same season are eligible for a State Association Fee refund ($30 for the 3rd athlete, $60/athlete from the 4th onwards). This can't be applied at registration — members must complete the family refund form after all athletes are registered
Refundable $50 Parent Duty Bond
Running a Sunday meet is a team effort, with track events, field events, the BBQ, and canteen all requiring volunteer support. To help share the workload fairly, a $50 refundable Parent Duty Bond is included in the membership fee for your first registered child.
Each family is required to complete four rostered duties during the season, two before December 31st and two before season conclusion. Duties can be selected at a time that suits your family through our online roster system, SignUp.
Once all required duties have been completed, the bond will be refunded at the end of the season. Your contribution helps ensure our meets run smoothly and provides the best possible experience for all athletes.
